- Store the oil box in a cool, dry place away from light, never in the microwave, refrigerator, or freezer
- Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling and storing the fryer
- Allow the fryer to cool for about 2 hours after cooking before cleaning.

- Remove the oil box carefully, unscrew the cap, and empty or reuse the oil as needed.
