Where Does All-Clad Ship?

Currently All-Clad ships within the United States. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to APO, DPO or FPO.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

How will my order ship?

Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Larger items, such as the Legacy Set (LEGACY-SET), require specialized handling and are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) service through ArcBest.

What is the delivery timeframe for LTL shipments?

Delivery times for LTL shipments may vary due to the size and specialized handling of these items. Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery once your order has been processed.

Do Griddles include White Glove Service?

Yes. All-Clad 23-inch and 29-inch griddles shipped via LTL include White Glove Service, which includes:

• Delivery Appointment: A carrier representative will schedule a convenient delivery window.
• Residential Delivery: Transport directly to your home.
• Professional Setup: Unpacking and placement in your preferred location.
• Debris Removal: Complete cleanup and removal of all packaging materials.

Note: White Glove Service does not include propane gas connection or other utility hookups.

When will my order Ship?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and take 3-7 business days to arrive, dependent upon your location. During peak season (Holidays, special events, etc.) our processing time could exceed 48 hours. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, your order is sent to the distribution center for processing, and no changes can be made.
