Creamy Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, pounded flat
  • ½ cup flour
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon, sliced, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon dill fronds, for garnish

Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in flour to fully coated.
  2. Preheat an All-Clad FUSIONTEC Universal Pan over medium high heat and add the oil and butter and continue to preheat.
  3. Once preheated add the chicken and cook turning once until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add the chicken broth to the pan and gently whisk scraping the brown bits at the bottom of the pan.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Add in the heavy cream and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Place the chicken back into the pan and coat with the sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices and serve with dill.
