Creamy Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, pounded flat
- ½ cup flour
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon, sliced, for garnish
- 2 tablespoon dill fronds, for garnish
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in flour to fully coated.
- Preheat an D5 Brushed Universal Pan over medium high heat and add the oil and butter and continue to preheat.
- Once preheated add the chicken and cook turning once until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add the chicken broth to the pan and gently whisk scraping the brown bits at the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in lemon juice and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add in the heavy cream and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Place the chicken back into the pan and coat with the sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve with dill.
