Frosé - Frozen Rosé


A twist on a frosé recipe, using a rosé cider in place of regular rosé blended with a cherry rosemary simple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans rosé cider
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons simple syrup

For the simple syrup:

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup pitted cherries, finely chopped
  • 1 large sprig rosemary

Directions

  1. Pour the cider into ice cube trays and freeze.

For the Simple Syrup:

  1. Combine water, sugar, and rosemary in an All-Clad D3 Everyday 1.5 Quart Sauce Pan and heat on the stovetop until boiling, 1-½ minutes until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add cherries and chill in the refrigerator until cold.
  3. Once cold, strain through a fine-mesh strainer.
  4. Add cider, vodka, and simple syrup to a large pitcher and blend with an All-Clad Immersion Blender until smooth. Serve immediately and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
