How Do You Make Fresh Pizza Dough at Home?

Mastering fresh pizza dough starts with proper warm water temperature - 110°F is ideal for activating yeast. Mix your ingredients in an All-Clad mixing bowl until the dough feels slightly tacky but not sticky. For best results, let the dough rest on a lightly floured work surface for 10 minutes between kneading sessions.

Watch for the dough to develop small air holes - this indicates proper gluten development. When stretching, aim for 1/4-inch thick consistency. Soon, our new All-Clad pizza oven will help you achieve that perfect golden crust.

Fresh Pizza Dough Cooking: How Do You Cook or Bake Fresh Pizza Dough?

Whether you're using a traditional oven or our All-Clad Outdoor Pizza Oven, achieving the perfect crust is easier than you think. Heat your All-Clad Outdoor Pizza Oven to 750°F. Allow at least 15 minutes for the stone to reach full temperature. Build the pizza. Slide the pizza into the oven and turn on the spinning stone. Cook for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.

Fresh Pizza Dough Storage

Store unused dough portions in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours, allowing flavors to develop further while maintaining ideal texture.
