Margherita Pizza Sauce


Homemade pizza is great any time of the year. This pizza sauce recipe uses three simple ingredients, which is all it takes to make a fresh easy sauce for your homemade pie and toppings of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1-28 oz can of whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes
  • splash of single origin extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Use your Immersion Blender to combine. Do not over blend.

Pro Tip:

You want this sauce to not be completely smooth. Leave it a bit chunk to give some texture to the sauce.
