Ingredients
- 8 ounces of Cavatappi pasta
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of half and half cream
- 4 ounces of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces of grated fontina cheese
- 1 ounce of grated white cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of white truffle oil
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 shaved white truffle
Directions
Pasta
- Bring water to boil in the G5 Graphite Core Stainless Steel 8qt Stockpot.. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Drain and rinse pasta. Toss pasta with olive oil and set aside.
Sauce
- Pour cream into the 2.5 Qt. G5 Graphite Core Stainless Steel Saucier Pan over low heat and reduce until it is thick.
- Gradually stir in butter, parmesan, fontina, and cheddar cheese until blended with cream.
- Add truffle oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Add pasta back into pot, pour sauce over, and mix through.
- Serve in individual bowls, topped with sliced truffle.
