Leftover Stuffing Waffles


Everyone knows that one of the best things about Thanksgiving is the leftovers! They can simply be reheated and served, or you can transform your leftovers into a mouthwatering new creation. Turn your leftover Cornbread Stuffing into waffles which can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups leftover stuffing
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the All-Clad Belgian Waffle Maker.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the leftover stuffing, eggs and shredded cheese and salt. Stir well to combine.
  3. When the waffle machine beeps, scoop the stuffing “batter” into the waffle maker and use a silicone spatula to spread it evenly and smooth it out.
  4. Cook until the waffle maker beeps a second time, and the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter
  6. Serve immediately with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, or all of the above.

Pro Tip:

You can substitute shredded Swiss, Italian or even a Tex-Mex blend for the cheddar cheese.
