Everyone knows that one of the best things about Thanksgiving is the leftovers! They can simply be reheated and served, or you can transform your leftovers into a mouthwatering new creation. Turn your leftover Cornbread Stuffing into waffles which can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
- 3 cups leftover stuffing
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat the All-Clad Belgian Waffle Maker.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the leftover stuffing, eggs and shredded cheese and salt. Stir well to combine.
- When the waffle machine beeps, scoop the stuffing “batter” into the waffle maker and use a silicone spatula to spread it evenly and smooth it out.
- Cook until the waffle maker beeps a second time, and the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining batter
- Serve immediately with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, or all of the above.
Pro Tip:
You can substitute shredded Swiss, Italian or even a Tex-Mex blend for the cheddar cheese.
